This Botanical Infused Moisturising Toner (previously known as AVST Moisturising Toner) contains active ingredients which work in synergy with the Environ products to assist in moistursing, smoothing and hydrating the skin. Unlike traditional toners this won’t strip the skin. HOW TO USE: Apply a few drops to cotton pads and wipe over the face. Follow with your Environ boosters and moisturiser.
